Returns & Exchange policy

At Hoshruba, we currently offer product exchange only in the rare event of any issue occurring during transit. We do not offer returns or refunds at this time.

We strongly request customers to record a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery. The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened and should clearly show the shipping label, product, and the issue (if any). Exchange requests cannot be processed without an unboxing video.

We offer exchanges only in cases where a product is damaged during transit or a wrong product is delivered. Exchanges will be processed for the same product or another product of equal value, subject to availability.

Customers are requested to carefully read the product description, size chart (if applicable), and all details mentioned on the product page before placing an order. We make every effort to provide accurate information so that you receive the correct product without inconvenience.

All exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at  hoshrubareturns@gmail.com with your order ID, unboxing video, and issue details, or initiate the request through your order status page. Our team will review the request and respond at the earliest.

All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by the Hoshruba team.
