Return & Exchange Policy at Hoshruba - 

We sincerely request you to make an unboxing video of the package delivered so that it becomes easier for my team to process any return or exchange in case of damages during transit or wrong product delivered. We won’t be able to process your return if there is no video proof of the unboxing. Make sure to include the shipping label in the video. 

Please carefully read the product description and follow the size chart and other guides mentioned along with each item before placing the order.

For all items, we will accept exchanges within 10 days of receipt of the item.
If you would like to exchange your item, please email at hoshrubareturns@gmail.com For damaged or incorrect items, please provide video proof so that my quality team can find a root cause.

Order Cancellation Policy - 

We understand that plans can change. Here’s everything you need to know about cancelling an order:

For Ready-to-Ship Items: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the item is likely already in the shipping process.

How to Cancel Your Order: To request a cancellation, please email at hoshrubareturns@gmail.com with your order details. We'll do our best to assist you promptly.

Refund Processing: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. 

This policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

We make no warranty in respect of any product including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
